This program does not work in windows 10 and I need a solution or some type of compensation to get a version that does work in windows 10 Ifthe “Adobe Acrobat DC not responding” issue just occurs after upgrading Windows or installing some updates, you can try uninstalling them or running the program in compatibility. For that: Step
Itappears to happen completely at random on the Windows 11 machines here -- not on the Windows 10 machines. And only when the pdfs are opened in Acrobat. The main problem is that Acrobat continues to be Not Responding for easily 30sec every time I open a pdf, edit or in any way alter the pdf (eg, Preflight fix).

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here Windows10 Dell laptop and Acrobat DC is extremely slow and the bar at the top turns white and says "Unresponsive" for a few seconds, then becomes responsive. It's painful because I use this app all day at work. I also have a Mac and Acrobat is very slow there too, especially compared to the built in PDF viewer, Preview, from Apple. Itis still not working for me (Windows 10 Pro). I can change the size of the window on the screen with Win+arrow, and thereby access File, Edit, View, Help etc. from the menu bar; these menus appear semi-transparent in front of other applications. However, the title bar has completely disappeared, together with the window min, max and close .
