Aya gifts Bayek the hidden blade and in one of his first quests with it, proves that a spring loaded murder gauntlet is actually pretty dangerous - quelle surprise - and chops off his own ring
Bayek (85 BC - 7 BC) was the Medjay of Siwa in Egypt during the 1st century BC. After 49 BC, he and his wife Amunet embarked on a quest of revenge against the Order of the Ancients after they murdered his son Khemu, and he went on to found the secretive Hidden Ones to fight against the Ancients' plans for political domination, writing the creed of what would later evolve into the Hashshashin
Beyond Assassin's Creed protagonists having hidden blades and parkour skills, the most important shared mechanic across each entry relates to birds. More recent games like Assassin's Creed: Valhalla allow the player to see through their bird companion's eyes and scout the area, but prior games employed the use of Eagle Vision - an otherworldly
The only person to use a solo hidden blade on their right arm is Darius. Bayek lost his ring finger using the blade the first time, Altair, Ezio, and all the others had their primary blade on their left forearm. I have always taken this since Altair to be symbolic of being married to the creed as he didn't have his left ring finger. From all

7. jakubek99. • 4 yr. ago. Bayek was "forgotten" because he hasn't been planned yet, at the time of AC2's release. It's true that he hasn't assassinated anyone significant, but he did take down most of the order, and he was the Brotherhood's first member to have found an Isu artifact, not to mention, their founder. 7.

When Bayek obtains the hidden blade at the end of the Aya main quest he has all of his fingers. There is a cutscene whereby Bayek is testing out the blade. Aya opens Bayek's hand to prevent self-injury when using the blade. Bayek loses his finger during End of the Snake. It is the main quest after Aya. You will see a cutscene when assassinating Pretty much because Bayek lost his finger by mistake, everyone after him took it as tradition/rite of passage to show your commitment to the Creed. Whereas the first Hidden Blade wielder was Darius who wore it above his wrist as intended. I do love when Eivor points out the the finger sacrifice silliness to Hytham and Basim.
The Assassin's Creed series is inextricably linked to the iconic weapon used by members of the Assassin Brotherhood, the Hidden Blade. Typically attached to the underside of the left wrist, Assassins throughout history employ the hidden blade for numerous reasons, but mainly as a stealthy, effective means of eliminating high profile targets.
You should kill kensa first. Bayek will comment about her. What I did: assassinate kensa by jumping from the roof then chain assassinate Crocodile, hear Bayek comments about Kensa, confirm kill Crocodile, get cutscene and so on. I didn't kill Kensa at all though. The game didn't give me time and then she was just gone. Well Bayek is super badass, but he's the medjay for a backwater small town in the middle of no where. He's basically a small town cop. They would have had no idea how badass bayek is. They're strong arming the cops basically, and bayek is technically the one who killed khemu, which makes it so much worse for bayek.
\n does bayek have a hidden blade

Bayek. With a shield and Bayek's style of combat, the sword obviously makes the most sense. I think the spear and shield combo is most practical when fighting in a battle formation, not as a wandering hero. My head-canon does usually give him the latest, most powerful weapon along the story though. I occasionally give him a spear on horseback
